Lash Construction, Inc. is a General Engineering Contractor operating primarily in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. The company was established in 1978 by Arthur Lash, currently President of the corporation. Lash Construction concentrates on public works construction, while also performing private and commercial work. We perform nearly every aspect of general engineering with our own manpower, and can provide an owner or agency with a complete, seamless package. Lash Construction has built a successful business and an excellent reputation by emphasizing high-quality workmanship, ethical and cooperative relations with public agencies and owners, and offering a broad scope of abilities.
Frequent clients include CalTrans, the County of Santa Barbara, U.C. Santa Barbara, both Goleta and Montecito Water Districts, the City of Simi Valley, Calleguas Municipal Water District, and virtually every department of the City of Santa Barbara- including streets, parks, harbor, airport, water and sewer, and redevelopment.

Background
Lash Construction, Inc. was formed in January, 1978 as a sole proprietorship by its current owner and president, Arthur R. Lash. It was incorporated in November, 1978.
The company was originally located on leased facilities in Santa Barbara. However, in 1983 it was relocated into its own modern new facility, which was built to accommodate the expanding business.
Capabilities
Lash Construction, Inc. has a proven record of performance in both the Public and Private sectors. Customers have included State, County, City and various District governments, as well as private developers and individual clients. The firm has completed a broad range of projects within the scope of general engineering construction, including grading, paving, concrete, bridges, reservoirs, sewer and water treatment plants and pump stations, pipeling and a variety of related tasks.
