  • Operating Engineers (Santa Barbara, Ventura Co): Seeking Union Operators (A list) with experience in utilities, rough & fine grading as well as asphalt paving. Must know Cat and JD controls.

  • Carpenters: Seeking Structural Concrete Carpenter (CIP Retaining walls, Box Culverts, Bridges).

  • Concrete Finishers: Seeking Lead Concrete Finisher with experience with curb setup, form & finishing. Must be experienced in plan reading, layout and interpretation.

  • Laborers: Underground Utility and Paving Laborers, (Asphalt Raker desired).
